Prices you set once
Every sale starts with a price. In Predictiv you keep price lists by customer or channel, in the currency you sell in, including US dollars and ZWG. A customer on a contract is priced from their own list wherever they buy.
Predictiv prices the ERP and the point of sale from one pricing engine. Predictiv blocks a sale that cannot be priced and shows the reason, rather than pricing it silently at list. The price a customer sees at the desk, on the portal and at the till is the same price.
Orders from every channel
Sales staff take orders at the desk from a quotation or directly. Customers can also place their own. On the business partner portal, or over WhatsApp, a customer orders at their contract prices, and Predictiv records the order as a correct ERP document, not a message someone retypes. The telephone stops being the ordering channel.
Predictiv takes orders from every channel through the same ordering service, so the same rules apply wherever the order starts. A customer can amend or cancel an order before it is delivered.
Credit control at the point of order
Each customer has a credit limit and payment terms. Predictiv checks credit before the order is created, so an order that would take the customer over the limit is stopped at entry. Predictiv routes the decision to release it to the person with that authority through workflow, with the customer’s history in view.
Shipping and delivering
Orders are picked and shipped from the warehouse that holds the stock, and Predictiv moves the stock out of inventory with the shipment. You see orders still to be delivered by customer and by product, so no order goes unnoticed.
Where you deliver by vehicle, orders are assigned to a trip and the van is loaded from them. The driver delivers against the order line by line, sells from the van if the route allows, and fiscalises each receipt on the device. Direct store delivery covers the full van day, from load to reconciled cash-up.
Invoicing and collecting
Shipments are invoiced from the order, and Predictiv posts the invoice to receivables and the ledger. Predictiv reverses the stock and the value of a return on the same record. Customers see their orders, deliveries and statement on the portal, and raise a query against an invoice, delivery or statement line instead of phoning. Payments are allocated to invoices, and ageing shows who owes what and for how long.
What makes it different
Distributors often run pricing in one place, ordering in another and delivery in a third, and spend the month reconciling them. Predictiv keeps the price, the order, the credit decision, the delivery and the invoice on one record. The same price and the same rules apply at the desk, on the portal, over WhatsApp, at the till and at the door.
Predictiv also posts every sale to finance and analytics as it happens, so sales by customer, product, route and region are reported on live data.
