Fleet control inside the ERP
With Predictiv fleet you run your vehicles, trips and fuel on the same record as your stock, sales and ledger. It is built for businesses that move their own goods: distributors, manufacturers with a delivery fleet, and service businesses with vehicles on the road. Fuel is often one of the largest costs they cannot see clearly. Predictiv checks each entry when it is made, so you find the losses then instead of at month-end.
Rules for every trip
Every trip has a workflow lifecycle. It is opened against a vehicle and a driver, run, and closed, in that order. A trip can include several product lines.
Odometer readings must be continuous. The reading at the start of a trip must match the reading at the end of the last one. Predictiv blocks a trip that could not physically have happened. The clerk corrects the entry while the facts are fresh, instead of an analyst finding it weeks later.
Fuel issued under control
Fuel is issued at the pump against an open pump shift. Each shift has an attendant locked to it, and Predictiv allows one fuel issue per open pump shift. Meter readings are checked for plausibility, and closing a shift locks it, so its figures cannot change afterwards.
Every change to a trip, a reading or a fuel issue must have a reason. Predictiv sends entries that fail a check to a correction worklist, where a named person resolves them. Nothing is quietly overwritten.
Fuel as stock
Predictiv records fuel as a stocked product and each tank as a bin. A delivery from the supplier is a receipt into stock. A fuel issue is a stock movement, and Predictiv posts the consumption to the ledger. The tank balance is a stock balance, and it can be counted and reconciled like any other.
This means Predictiv posts fuel cost to finance as the fuel is consumed. Your fuel figures and your stock figures are the same figures, and nobody reconciles two spreadsheets at month-end.
Returnable crates
Returnable crates are tracked by counterparty in one ledger. Drivers record what they drop at each outlet and what they collect. Any variance is attributed to the driver who ran the trip, so a missing crate has a name against it.
The day on the supervisor’s phone
Supervisors do not need to open the ERP to know how the fleet did. Each day they receive an operational update on their phone through Atrium, generated from the live trip, fuel and exception records. The update shows what needs their attention first.
What makes it different
Most businesses run fleet in one system, fuel in a spreadsheet and stock in the ERP, and discover the gaps at month-end. Predictiv blocks the bad entry at capture and records fuel as stock on the ledger. Fleet, fuel and finance are on one record, so there is nothing to reconcile between them.
Connected to the rest of the platform
Direct store delivery is built on Predictiv fleet. Each trip lists the van load, the van is its own stock location, and checking the van in closes the van day. Predictiv uses vehicle odometer readings for maintenance schedules that run on distance. Fuel is held in inventory like any other stocked product, and trip states run on Predictiv workflow.
