What Atrium is
Most people who need something from your ERP should never have to learn it. Customers want their statement. Suppliers want to know when they will be paid. Supervisors want to know how yesterday went, and managers want one figure on a phone between meetings.
Atrium is Predictiv’s web and mobile surface for those people. It is served from your own Predictiv instance and shows them the records they need in a form they can use without training. Predictiv remains the product. Atrium is the surface through which people outside the ERP screens reach it.
Who uses it
- Customers see their orders, deliveries and statement, and place orders.
- Suppliers see their purchase orders, receipts, invoices and payments, and send documents.
- Managers follow the figures they are responsible for, on a phone or a desktop.
- Supervisors receive the operational update for their area each day.
- Field users see and act on the work in front of them.
Live data, with nothing copied
Atrium shows every figure live from the ERP. There is no nightly extract, no second database and no separate portal system to keep in step. When an order is confirmed in the ERP, the customer sees it confirmed. When a payment is released, the supplier sees it released.
Because nothing is copied, nothing drifts. Your data stays in your instance, and there is one version of each record.
The same identity and the same rules
People sign in with their Predictiv identity, or with Google. Once signed in, they see what their ERP roles and permissions allow, and nothing more. A customer sees only their own account. A supervisor sees only their own depot. The rules are the ERP’s rules, enforced by the ERP, so there is no second set of permissions to maintain and no gap between them.
The Predictiv Assistant on every page
The Predictiv Assistant is available on every Atrium page. People ask questions in plain language, such as which deliveries are outstanding or what is still unpaid, and get answers calculated from live data. The assistant answers only from data the person asking may see. It applies the same permissions as the screen, so it cannot reveal a record that the page would not show. See AI for what the assistant does across the platform.
Your brand, on any device
Each Atrium instance shows your brand first, with Predictiv second. Customers and suppliers deal with your business, not with a software vendor. Atrium works in a desktop browser and on a phone, and can be installed on the home screen so it opens like any other app. People export any view to Excel or PDF, branded for your business, when they need to share or file it.
What people use it for
The business partner portal runs on Atrium. Customers order, check deliveries and raise queries. Suppliers follow their purchase orders and payments, and upload compliance documents.
Operational updates run on Atrium too. In fleet, supervisors receive a daily update on their phone. Predictiv compiles it from the live trip, fuel and exception records, and lists first the items that need their attention.
Because Atrium shows the same records as every other part of Predictiv, a new use is a new view on data you already hold. It is not a new system.
What makes it different
Portals and dashboards are usually separate products. They copy data out of the ERP on a schedule, keep their own user lists and permissions, and drift from the source. Atrium is part of Predictiv. It shows live records, uses the ERP’s own identity and access rules, and displays your brand. There is nothing to synchronise and nothing to reconcile.
Connected to the rest of the platform
Atrium covers the whole of Predictiv. It shows orders and statements from sales and distribution, trips and fuel from fleet, and figures from analytics. Atrium applies the access model described under security, and its phone experience follows the design described in mobile and offline.
