Documents in, records out.

Drop a supplier invoice or purchase order on a window or in chat and Predictiv drafts the record it describes, keeps the document with it, and produces branded Excel and PDF output.

What your business gets

Less retyping, documents kept with the records they support, and a person confirming every draft before it counts.

What it is

Businesses still run on documents. Suppliers send invoices as PDFs. Customers send purchase orders by email. Suppliers must prove their tax clearance and bank details. Each of those documents describes a record that someone would otherwise type into the ERP.

Predictiv turns the document into that record. You drop a document on a window or into chat, and Predictiv extracts its details and prepares the draft record it describes. A person checks the draft and confirms it.

Why it matters

Retyping is slow, and it is where errors creep in: a transposed amount, the wrong supplier, a tax line missed. It also separates the record from its evidence. When an auditor asks for the invoice behind a posting, someone has to find it in a mailbox or a shared drive. With the document kept on the record, you answer that question in one click.

What you can do

  • Create records from documents. Drop a supplier invoice on the purchase invoice window, or a customer’s purchase order on the sales order window, and Predictiv creates a draft record with the supplier or customer, dates, lines, quantities, prices and tax filled in.
  • Do the same in chat. Drop the document into the Predictiv Assistant and ask it to create the record. The draft is the same, and so is the review.
  • Review before anything counts. Predictiv holds every draft until a person reviews it. You can correct any field before you confirm, and both the AI’s extraction and your corrections are recorded.
  • Keep documents with records. Predictiv keeps each attachment with the record it belongs to. Anyone with access to the record can open the original.
  • Vet supplier documents. Suppliers upload compliance documents, such as tax clearance or bank confirmation, on the partner portal. AI extracts the details from each one, a person reviews the result, and Predictiv creates the vetting record on approval.
  • Produce branded output. Export views in Predictiv and Atrium as Excel or PDF with your own brand.

What makes it different

Document capture is often a separate product. It extracts the document’s details, keeps the result in its own database, and then passes it to the ERP through an interface. In Predictiv the extraction happens inside the ERP, on the window where the record is made, under the user’s own role. There is no second system to reconcile and no interface to maintain.

The AI never posts on its own. It prepares a draft, and a person decides. That keeps the control where your auditors expect it.

How it connects

Predictiv routes draft records from documents through their normal workflow, with the same approval thresholds as any other record. Predictiv passes supplier invoices to procurement and finance, where supplier payment packs are checked before release. Predictiv uses the same extraction for the Extract and Create jobs described on the AI page.

Connected on the same record

Documents uses the same records as the rest of Predictiv, so nobody keys anything twice.
